展望のお宿・・「民宿すぎな」 先週の週末を利用して秩父の旅を満喫してきました。 宿泊した民宿がとってもすてきなお宿でしたのでご紹介します 。 秩父の風景を一望できる宿。。。「すぎな」さんに行ってきま した。 その外観から。。高級旅館を思わせるたたずまい。。 広い玄関に一歩足を踏み入れると。、心地よい木のぬくもりを 感じ。。本当に立派な造りのお宿でした。 もともと高級旅館だったこのお宿を女将さんが民宿としてスタ ートさせたそうです。 笑顔の素敵な感じの良い、美人女将さんのお出迎えで。。ます ます旅気分は盛り上がりました。 通されたお部屋は女友達４人にはもったいないほどの広い二間 つづきのお部屋でした♪ さらに他にもう一部屋ありました。 お部屋も天井もとてもその造りが見事で、高級旅館だったこと に納得してしまいます。 広い縁側。。そして中庭。。その向こうには・・ なんと目の前に武甲山、そして山々。。手前には秩父の街が見 下ろせるのです！ この高台ににある「民宿すぎな」さんのお部屋から素晴らしい 風景を眺めることができるのです！ 四季折々の景色を楽しめる、「まさに眺望のお宿」です。 もう、感激の私達でした♪朝早起きすると。。素晴らしい朝焼 けも見ることが出来ます。 あの有名な秩父夜祭の時はお部屋から花火が見られるそうです 。 なんと贅沢なことでしょう〜♪ 着いた時、女将さん手作りのかりんケーキとお茶でもてなして いただき、 そのケーキの美味しさに、お夕食への期待感が高まりました♪ 展望風呂も湯船が広々として。。木のぬくもりとともに秩父の 夜景も楽しむことが出来て、 まさに旅の疲れを癒してくれる素敵な空間でした。 夜のお食事も。。、山女の甘露煮。。驚くほど柔らかなたけの こ天ぷら、 風味豊かな採れたての山菜料理の数々を堪能しました。 お料理は本当にとても美味しく旅の良い思い出になりました( ⌒o⌒) 女将さん、お世話になりありがとうこざいました。 また、ぜひ訪れたいすばらしいお宿です。
Minshuku Sugina”, a guest house with a view During the last weekend, I
really enjoyed a trip to Chichibu. The Minshuku (guest house) in which
I stayed was wonderful, so I would like to introduce it to you. I stayed
“Sugina”, a guest house with a view of Chichibu. The appearance of “Sugina”
had an atmosphere like an exclusive Japanese-style hotel. When I stepped
in the spacious vestibule of “Sugina”, I felt comfortable being surrounded
by wooden interior of the building. The building has a classy architecture.
I heard that the building was originally used for an exclusive Japanese-style
hotel. My mood was elevated when I saw beautiful smiling hostess of the
guest house. We, I and other 3 members, stayed a large luxury two-room
suite which had an additional room. As may be expected of story of the
building, the architectures of the ceiling and the room were wonderful.
The wide veranda, the inner court… we overlooked the mountains of Chichibu
such as Mt. Buko and the city of Chichibu below the mountains from our
room because “Sugina” was located on a hill. The scenery was really beautiful.
“Sugina” was a wonderful guest house with a seasonal view. We could watch
a great sunrise color in the early morning. It was very exciting. I heard
that the guests of “Sugina” can watch fireworks displayed in the Chichibu
Night Festival (it is one of famous festivals in Japan) from their room.
It’s great! We enjoyed pieces of quince cake and cups of tea which were
served as welcome drink by the hostess. The quince cake was handmade by
the hostess. As they taste good, we expected that delicious dinner will
be served. Wooden Observation Bath was spacious and comfortable. We felt
refreshed and enjoyed a night view of Chichibu from the bathtub. Actually,
the dinner was really delicious. It was one of good experiences of the
trip. We enjoyed Yamame Kanroni (stewed landlocked salmon in soy sauce
and sugar), fried bamboo shoot (it was very soft), and other dishes made
of fresh flavorful wild vegetable. I would like to say “Thank you so much
for your kind hospitality during our visit. ” to the hostess. I hope to
visit “Sugina” again someday because it was wonderful.
